Nowadays, people have become increasingly more concerned with hydration and all its associated benefits. As a result, they are frequently searching for water sources to keep them hydrated and productive. The workplace is no exception. Your employees have busy days of rushing around, whether they’re commuting or running to important meetings. For this reason, it’s especially important in big cities, like New York City, to offer employees options to stay hydrated, like refillable water bottles or filtered water fountains. In today’s day and age, workplaces need to offer employees varied ways to keep their water intake up.
Our team at Corporate Essentials is excited to inform you about Bevi filtered water, a modern, tech-savvy way to offer your New York City office still or sparkling water at the press of a button.
Meet Bevi: The Future of Office Water
The team that invented Bevi started out with only one goal: to eliminate plastic water bottles. While their goal might be a lofty one, the fact is that the Bevi Office Water System is changing the landscape of office water.
Bevi is truly changing the way offices consume filtered water. Say good-bye to the water cooler you once knew and say hello to Bevi. Keep every member of your team hydrated with unlimited still and sparkling filtered water from a modern water cooler, made for today’s office.
This sleek machine lets you customize your beverage with delicious flavors from unsweetened lime and mint to orange mango! Simply use the touchscreen on the machine to choose still or sparkling water and whatever flavor you’d like to include (if any). Bevi is highly efficient in pouring more than 5 drinks per minute.
And because it’s the main principle on which the company was founded, Bevi is incredibly sustainable. Using a Bevi machine will save plastic bottles and cans by the hundreds. This machine eliminates the transportation and cost of the bottled beverages you used to have delivered to your New York City office. If you’re looking for a smart way to supply ample hydration to your employees, Bevi is the right choice for you!
Because Bevi is probably different from anything you have in your office now, we wanted to go ahead and highlight some of the most common sales objections, as well as some frequently asked questions:
The machine is too big.
If you’re concerned with fitting this machine into a New York City office with limited space, you should know that the machine only takes up 22”x 22” of floor space. This is a lot less than the traditional 5-gallon jug coolers if you’re considering storage space. Try putting it outside of the kitchen – some clients have put it in hallways and lobbies or even right on the sales floor.
Our current water cooler offers hot water – Bevi doesn’t.
You are correct. Bevi does not offer a hot water option, but nearly every coffee brewing system available from Corporate Essentials does dispense filtered hot water.
Where do the flavors come from? What are the ingredients?
Ingredients are always listed on our website, and also on the machine itself. Most concentrates are unsweetened and made from fruit extract.
What are the water and power requirements?
The Bevi requires a 3/8” outer diameter, dedicated water line and a normal 3-prong plug. Bevi uses less energy than a small coffee machine.
How many drinks does one machine serve per day?
At typical sites, the machine serves one drink, per person, per day.
Where are Bevi machines made?
The machines are made in Vermont.
How often do delivery people have to come to my office?
Once a month is standard, but it can vary from once per week to once every 12 weeks depending on your office’s needs.
What kind of filter does Bevi use?
Bevi uses a carbon block filter.
How will the machine connect to the internet?
Ideally, the machine can go on the company’s wifi network (guest networks are fine), otherwise, the machine uses a built-in cellular module to communicate.
