We’re in search of someone to join our team of Customer Service Professionals in a full-time position at our Parsippany, New Jersey location.

A typical day will consist of working as part of a team to make sure your customers are completely satisfied. This is a Monday through Friday (full time) position (8:30AM to 5:00PM).
An ideal candidate will have:
- A college degree (preferred, but not required).
- At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
- Experience entering customer orders through a data entry or order system.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Experience up-selling orders and accounts.
- Excellent verbal, communication and listening skills.
- Professional phone manner and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume workload in a busy department.
- Computer skills required: MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
You’ll be responsible for but not limited to:
- Daily customer calls/answering phones.
- Order entry, invoice preparation and back orders.
- Make new product suggestions.
- Problem resolution.
- Filing.
